  • • Our website or email or social media sites may collect their own information about users including the seller and the customers or site visitors. We may have access to some of this information.  

How long we keep information
We use vendors such as Etsy and Square to process transactions; whatever information is kept by these companies will be processed according to their own privacy policy. We may keep our own records of customers' personal information, used to carry out a purchase or delivery, until we are satisfied the transaction is completed, including delivery of goods. At that point, the information will be deleted or destroyed, unless we are required by law to keep it.  
In the case that anyone consents to join our mailing list, information they have volunteered such as their email address and preferred name will be kept on file by us indefinitely, until the person wants to be removed from the mailing list. At that point, the information will be deleted or destroyed, unless we are reuired by law to keep it.  
We will destroy any information we have gathered the moment it no longer serves the purpose for which we gathered it, unless the law requires us to7 / 9keep it. Any information we keep will be anonymised where possible. Any information we keep will be reviewed annually to see if it is still in use, up to date and correct.
